How To Lose Weight Fast And Effectively Without Much Effort

Many dieters wonder how to lose weight fast. Most importantly they want to know that if they lose weight how do they do it effectively and keep those nasty pounds from coming back.

To lose weight is possible using a number of quick weight loss methods (good and bad), however, to keep the results of a quick weight loss is almost always impossible. Usually, the weight is back within a short period of time with a vengeance.
In my research for fast weight loss with long term results, I came across an amazingly simple solution to this never-ending problem of the lost weight bounce-back. A dieter MUST have breakfast. Surprisingly, breakfast has to be substantial. It should consist of between 500 – 600 calories. The breakfast that will help you lose weight and that will help you keep it off must consist of protein, carbohydrate and fat in a respective ratio of about 46 -37 -17.
Recently, a medical study of two groups of dieters, small and large breakfast eaters was conducted. The dieters were studied for two 4 months periods. The results were interesting.
During the first 4 months, both groups of dieters lost weight and they lost it at about the same rate. The results of the second 4 months were surprising.
During the second period of the study, the large breakfast group of dieters continued to lose weight. Astonishing 92 % of these dieters continued to lose weight.

Completely opposite results were seen with the small breakfast eaters. In this group 76% regained weight!
A simplified conclusion of these studies is as follows: when a large amount of protein is consumed in the morning the metabolism is accelerated in such a way that it controls hunger all day. At the same time, when a moderate amount of carbohydrates (including sweets) are consumed in the morning, it reduces the typical urges (so-called snack attacks) for sweets and carbs later in the day.
These results are very encouraging for anyone who wants to lose weight fast and effectively. One has to be aware, however, that having a large breakfast does not give you a free ticket to overeating during the rest of the day. The large breakfast is your starting point. During the rest of the day you have to be sensible about healthy eating and about the portions you serve yourself.
